Description:
Breckenridge Farm dairy has been producing milk for over 25 years and currently has a small herd of approximately 75 carefully-bred Holstein cows. The farm offers milk, whipping cream, half and half, sweet cream butter, unsalted butter and honey butter under the Dairy Best label. Milk is pasteurized using an old fashioned slow vat pasteurization method that preserves the creamy texture and flavor.
Stop in to the farm store on site, or find Breckenridge products at local stores and restaurants. The farm also offers sweet corn in August and September.
Certifications:
Breckenridge believes that healthy happy cows make the best quality milk. Its herd has been named among the top ten herds in Washington State for measures of productivity and cow health.
