Description:
Located in Welcome Valley outside of Bellingham, Cascadia Mushrooms grows artisan mushrooms naturally, without chemicals or manure. In addition to selling at the Farmers Market and food stores, Cascadia offers Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) weekly boxes to mushroom enthusiasts. Call or email for info.
Cascadia Mushrooms sells kits for indoor or garden mushroom growing. The farm also offers workshops several times a year to teach mushroom identification and growing techniques, including how to grow on cut logs and stumps, in wood chip beds, and on pasteurized straw. Cascadia uses sustainable growing practices. Mushrooms are grown without manure, pesticides, fungicides, chemicals, hormones or GMOs.
