Description:
Evergreen Station offers a range of organic vegetables each week at the Bellingham and Fairhaven Farmer’s Markets. Asparagus, arugula, bok choy, fennel, and shallots are just a few of the vegetables available. The farm also grows culinary and medicinal herbs, including dill, marjoram, and epazote, which is used as a seasoning in Mexican cookery or can be prepared as a tea.
