Description:
Hauck’s Orchard grows delicious cherries, plums, Asian pears, apples, grapes and rhubarb. The fruit season runs from June to November. U-pick or we-pick sweet cherries and pie cherries are available in late June and July. Italian plums are ripe in early September.
From September to November, Hauck’s offers Honeycrisp apples and Asian pears at the farm store. Look for their booth at the Bellingham Farmers Market on Saturdays.
Hauck’s grows hydroponic lettuce in its greenhouse from October to February.
