Description:
Located 8 miles north of Bellingham, Inspiration Farm is a nine-acre organic farm and the home of the Gossamer Glass Studio. The farm grows vegetables, herbs, nuts and fruits of many kinds. It also produces eggs and dairy products, and raises chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, lambs, and pigs for meat. The owners are evolving Inspiration into a permaculture farm. They are also interested in small-scale grain farming and processing techniques.
Inspiration Farm hosts a series of workshops on topics that range from Permaculture, Biodyamics, Farm Implements, and Homesteading Skills to Blown Art Glass. Check out the farm’s website for a list of events.
