From May through August, the Barcarole brings in troll-caught halibut and salmon, including Marbled Chinook Salmon, from off the coast of Washington. Fish are caught one at a time on hook and line, and are cleaned and iced immediately. The catch is delivered once a week to select restaurants in the Bellingham area. When available, fish is sold to individual buyers by appointment.
