An Easy Way to Prepare Tomatoes for Freezing

Master Food Preserver, Susy Hymas, demonstrates how to make oven-roasted tomatoes. Roasting infuses tomatoes with the flavors of garlic, olive oil and spices. Oven-roasted tomatoes are delicious in spaghetti sauce, chili, salsa, bruschetta and on pizzas. Also, since the tomatoes do not need to be peeled, they are easy to freeze.
